Return Policy Matchyfashion

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Matchyfashion If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14 day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unwashed, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (€10 to €30 for letterbox packages) and any customs clearance fees (€10 to €25) to the warehouse in China.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. We offer a full refund or replacement for products that are severely damaged as long as photos or videos are provided as evidence within 3 days of product delivery.

If your product is damaged or you receive the wrong size, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a free replacement. If you do not contact us within this time frame, the normal returns process will apply.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

Swap

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Returning Items

Step 1: Start your Return

If you receive the wrong size or a defective product, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will make sure to send you a replacement item at no extra cost. Please read our return policy carefully before proceeding.

To start the return process, send us an email explaining your return. We will provide you with all the necessary information, including the return address. We would appreciate it if you let us know why you are returning the item.

Step 2: Prepare Your Item for Return

Please ensure your item is returned in its original packaging and undamaged. For secure packaging, please use clear tape instead of duct tape.

Step 3: Label your Return Package

Please write your address as sender and our address as delivery address on the package. This step is crucial for us to identify the sender. If the sender is not identified, the package may be lost by carriers such as UPS or DHL, or it may be refused upon arrival.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund to your IBAN account within 10 days. To ensure a smooth return, we kindly request that you provide proof of postage, such as a UPS, DHL, or carrier confirmation email.

Step 4: Send your Package

Please send your return via UPS or DHL as they are the most cost effective options. Please note that the shipping costs will be at your expense, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Important Note:

If the returned goods arrive damaged, in poor condition, or not in accordance with our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to reject the goods and you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you are returning an item due to a complaint, please include photos of the problem. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
